1. Data controller

2. Data processed when using the website

When you send an inquiry, we may process the name, phone number, email address, message content and attachments you provide. Limited technical data necessary for security, website operation and diagnostics may also be processed.

We use this data to communicate with you, prepare and perform requested services, protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Google and YouTube

For limited company functions, authorized ALEKSIEV-SA representatives may use Google OAuth to connect a company Google/YouTube account. Access is used only to identify the company YouTube channel and to manage or upload company video content when such an action is explicitly requested by an authorized person.

Authentication is performed by Google. We do not use data received through Google APIs for sale, advertising profiling or disclosure to advertisers. Access can be revoked from Google Account settings or by disconnecting the company service.

4. Storage and security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by applicable law. When a Google/YouTube connection is terminated, related access data is removed without undue delay unless otherwise required by law.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and may object to processing where the legal conditions are met. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
